It moves the WP admin navigation from the left side to the top w/ dropdowns that you can hover the cursor over. I use the Feedburner Feedsmith Plugin and ll in one SEO plugin now. I did have the Gravatar and took it off becuase I did not like how it looked for people who were not registered with Gravatar.
