You are absolutely right about action being important, and that's one of the key concepts I preach over here. Even if you don't know what or how to do it, just take action!

Absolutely agreeing to that. Passion is nothing with no actions -- No dreams can be fulfilled, no challenges can be overcome; Life can be meaningless as nothing excites us anymore. Focus is equally important or else we can't really get anything done properly. Personally I'll add 'determination' too as to be consistent even in failures is equally important.
