You can only force yourself to do something for so long – once the pain of continuing reaches an undesirable level, you quit. But when you're passionate about something, you would do it anytime, anywhere.

When no one is paying attention, or you're making zero money, or the critics are outnumbering the fans, you keep going. You love the activity, not just the end result that comes of it. Nothing is going to stop you from doing it.

And because you give it your all, you end up making better stuff and faster. It's actually doing the world a disservice by NOT following your passion. People want your full-assed unique value, not half-assed products.
