I met JB at the 2009 Blogworld Expo and within minutes knew that this guy was a game changer. This was before I heard him speak about making money online and watched him wow the crowd with his knowledge, expertise, and energy. His passion shines through in his work and you can tell that he is living a life of his design.

He started Morning Coach around 2 years ago and quickly turned it into the #1 personal development podcast on iTunes. He also has a very interesting educational background, which we talk about during the recording.

The interview is about 24 minutes and features some great discussion on finding your passion, building an audience, and treating your blog as a business.
