I&#039;ve learned the hard way that setting unrealistic or disconnected goals does not work. You have to backwards plan from your desired endstate and connect the entire process together. That helps you make you figure out what you need to do today...and so on. Once you&#039;ve linked everything together, you will see your plan start to take a life of its own as you realize you are starting to live it.</description>

		<description>Having a fairly specific written plan like this is a key step to getting towards one&#039;s future desires.  Seeing as how the steps take into account various aspects of activities you are already performing, this list of phases may turn out to be relatively accurate.  Tentatively planning that far into the future allows the planner to structure the coming period of time much more optimally.
