New Project Announced!
How I Lost 10 Pounds and Still Drank Beer!
Well I’ve been wanting to write a fitness ebook for my Runners Training Website, but I couldn’t think of anything that hadn’t been done yet. Well last night during a run I finally got my idea and today I’ve started to put it in motion. I realized that a lot of people wan’t to lose a bit of weight, but don’t want to change their diet or habits much for one reason or another. I also realized that I could get into running/triathlon shape and lose weight I’d been trying to lose forever by changing up my routine just a bit. Well I am writing my ebook for those people because like you I love eating good and drinking a pint or two. Stay tuned for the tips and techniques I used to get it done!
