We are here in this world to face and solve problems, issues and situations. That´s the true of life. Sometimes things doesn't appear as planned, but that's the essence of work.
I think if we have the right attitude we won't be surprised because of the unexpected appears.
About becoming someone else's hero, i think that we have a lot of ways of becoming that: helping, but really helping my clients. Guiding a friend through a project. Making a good lasagna to my family.
If we base our own satisfaction on satisfying our people, i believe it´s easier to become someone else´s hero.
Have a nice weekend!
