		<description>Lesson learned.  It&#039;s neither the business of your employer or those around you who can&#039;t or won&#039;t help you what you do in your spare time.  Your employer wants your total dedication to their mission/vision, and typically there&#039;s no room for yours.  Have had several employers tell me that I have to get any moonlighting of any kind &quot;approved.&quot;  What they don&#039;t know won&#039;t hurt &#039;em.</description>
