Welcome Twitip Readers

Comments Off

Wow, I must admit that Twitip caught me off guard today when they published a guest post I wrote a week or so ago…not that I’m upset about it!
I just wanted to take a minute to welcome new Twitip readers and let you know a few things about this blog.

#1 – I like to talk about all things business, branding, marketing, and social networking/media. Feel free to hang out as long as you wish and/or browse some of the recent or popular posts. Things are always changing around here, but one thing never changes – my dedication to helping you change the game in your favor so you can start living your dreams.

#2 – If you have a free minute to spare, make sure you add me on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter via the buttons on the right. You can’t miss ‘em :)

#3 – I have a few free guides that I offer my newsletter subscribers, the most recent of which is The Webrepreneur’s Guide to Funding Your Business. It is a guide to helping you create a stream of income to fund your startup. You can grab that here.

#4 – I’ve just launched a brand new Twitter Product called Twitter Rockstar. You might have heard of it, but you weren’t supposed to! I haven’t really “released” it yet, but I am currently trying to gather feedback, which is why it is priced so low.

I’m all about using Twitter to build a brand or business without using spam or mass follow tactics. I think auto-bots are killing Twitter and I want Twitter Rockstar to change that. If you would like to read more, you can see the discounted sales page here:

Please comment and make sure to let me know what you think about my  humble internet home. Hope to see you around.

I agree, the autobots are murdering Twitter. No bueno.

Well, here’s to hoping we can stop that…they’ve even got programs that cost up to 97 bucks per month to automate Twitter…insane!

How can they even think that automating Twitter will help them. It’s baffling. Authentic relationships take time. Automating this interaction will only make life worse for the companies trying to do it.

Congrats on the guest post and hopefully it sent a lot of readers your way.

    Thanks Karl,

I’m not sure why people started making these bots…they are killing Twitter and as much as I didn’t want to, I’ve started being more selective about who I follow.

They hit you in the DM’s and the main feed. Some are even charging 50-100/month for this!

Just started on your twitter rockstar course. Still feeling a little intimidated by twitter, but it is starting to make sense now. I hoping to be an expert soon.

    Thanks,

Jae, it can be difficult at first, but you’ll get the hang of it. Let me know if I can help in any way :)
